Bill Welsh is the senior pastor of Refuge Calvary Chapel Huntington Beach. Bill came to Christ in 1970 and began serving in worship and youth ministry and became a pastor in 1978. Bill, his wife Joy and their four children began taking mission trips to Australia in 1987 and eventually started Calvary Chapel Melbourne. In 1997 Bill became the senior pastor Refuge Calvary Chapel in Huntington Beach, California. He can be heard daily on KWVE.
